Closing off account

Please I need help with closing my account I took a loan with this company and I was happy as I was offered a 40% discount to settle the loan likewise I paid it up in full with the discount on 29 May 2020 to my surprise to date I still get unsuccessful debits on my account of which I'm busy incurring abnormal bank fees daily, I tried to contact them to close my account and to get a paid up letter but still I struggle, I've incurred bank charges now of almost R2000, please close my account for Tebello Chauke, ID number ***.
