Bad Service

I've app**** for a loan on the 17th October 2019, and have been approved. On their website it show that I got the money and the outstanding balance. But I have not received any money in my bank account. I'm scared that they going to deduct the loan amount although I have not received anything. They don't answer the phone and do not reply on e-mails. Can anyone help me ?
