Bad customer service and experience

I recently I had payday loan with Lime Loans , that was supposed to debit on the 27 September ,how ever they run the debit order on 25 September which is not my salary date ....I sent them emails to correct this but no one has bothered to answer me , today this morning I decided to make an EFT payment since I can't hold of anyone from call centre,email and Facebook... I have paid the loan in full with extra interest now....lime loans your service is very bad and it's annoying... please confirm that payment was received and record updated accordingly
