A year later still reflects as unpaid on my credit report 😡

I paid my lime loan account over a year now.The upsetting part is that it still reflects under my name as overdue.This affects my score and I have been in contact with them from last year to update it with no luck. This year in August they sent me an email that I owed R600 on the account,I then forwarded my paid up letter and they responded that the account is paid in full. When I checked my credit report again lime loans is still showing as overdue!! your services are pathetic and I wouldn’t advise anyone to take a loan from you guys.Be careful people these people will ruin your name.
