A year later, still no update on my credit :(

I paid up my Lime Loans account more than a year ago but they haven't updated my credit record.

The worst part about the experience is that there is never anyone available to attend to my enquiries.

I have sent countless email with no response.

I just wish someone would get back to me. :(
