Warning to all Brides - STEER CLEAR!!

This has been an unacceptable and deeply frustrating experience. I was promised a 3-week lead time, yet 3 months later, with less than two weeks before my wedding, I still don’t have my dress. Delivery dates have been repeatedly changed, and communication has been inconsistent at best, with long periods of being completely ignored.

I am not alone in this. There are hundreds of other brides, including close friends of mine, who have had the same experience, payments taken with no realistic capacity or timeframe to fulfil the orders.

From my experience, this business is taking on more than it can deliver while continuing to accept money, leaving brides in extremely stressful situations. I have to urgently source backup dresses at additional cost, which has completely overshadowed what should have been an exciting time.

They have refused to provide a refund despite failing to deliver within any reasonable timeframe.

I would strongly urge any bride to think very carefully before placing an order here. This has been a deeply upsetting and stressful experience.
