STRESS AND ANGUISH!!!!

This company made my sister-in-law's table runners, serviettes, pyjama sets and other items. My sister-in-law made the order and paid well in advance. She had to constantly follow up and was given excuse after excuse. The table runners and serviettes FINALLY arrived the day BEFORE her wedding, but no pyjamas. The table runners were also not cut and measured correctly. There was no call, explanation or anything. After the wedding, she contacted them, and then only did they give her a refund. The amount of stress and frustration caused is definitely not worth the refund. The memories were not created because they could not deliver what was paid for. Just shocking that ANY bride had to go through this.

In the end, the company issued an apology, but no one took accountability, and the lady herself did not apologise.
