Poor service and communication

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Brides**** dress waist band literally snapped on the day of the wedding. This is even after they didn't send all the dresses. Dresses arrived the night before the wedding. Some didn't even have slits. I was asked to send a photo and return it. After sending it it's been over a month and still no refund!
