Order and paid for a dress and still have not received it and not receiving any communication

Pathetic service to say the least! I order a dress in February 2026, I paid in full . It is now the 21st of May , I still have not received my dress , hence I constantly have to ask and send multiple emails and every single email states the dress will be delivered soon. I had to pay for another dress because the dress I order will not arrive on time. I had to whatsapp and email them just to get an answer!

I really hope that they can have a clean conscience knowing that people pay for something and not receiving it, to me this is *****ing peoples money ! Unacceptable!!!!!
