LilyCo George

Dear brides to be,

I would like to share my experience with Lilyco in George so other brides do not face the same stress i have been going through. On 19 December 2025, i placed an order for 9 sets of pajamas with Lilyco, an order to the value of almost R3000. Their website states a lead time of 3-4 weeks, i have been waiting 3 months.

To date i have not received proof of the pajamas being in production, a tracking number for my order or anything promising.

Every time i have followed up, I have been given false dates of delivery or have been told my order is still in production.

I am now going the legal route and busy with a bank claim back, I will be proceeding to the small claims court and overall getting pajamas elsewhere as I will not leave my faith in the hands of a company behaving like this.

The lack of evidence on production, lack of communication, overall time i have been waiting is ridiculous and unprofessional. Brides go through soo much stress already and now we have vendors like this.

Weddings are already expensive and this is the "service" we get.

Please think twice before ordering from them, i am not the only bride in this boat!
