Terrible and Unreliable Service!

I ordered and payed my custom dress for my kitchen tea on the 6th of November. I have till date received no tracking number or dress - my kitchen tea was on the 13th of December 2025 to which they supposedly sent my dress over night … the morning of the 13th before my kitchen i raced to collect the long awaited package. On collection i opened the package but no custom dress (only my two brides**** dresses ordered along with my custom dress) , completely ruining my day as i specially had the dress designed and made for the day… i had nothing to wear for my kitchen tea and had to improvise last minute. They apologized for the service and promised to refund a percentage of the order when sending the dress immediately the following week…. Today the 13th of January i still have received nothing not even a tracking number to confirm the dress has been sent. This is very sad as i keep on seeing comments and posts of supposedly happy clients (should they exist) and how quickly they received their orders, yet i haven’t received the same service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone especially for important events such as kitchentea’s etc. I have given them MANY chances to send the dress but they have still failed to do so. Stay away to avoid utter disappointment and money down the drain. **** **** ****!!!
