I honestly don’t even know where to start. You can’t complain about communication if there isn’t any. Please only order from LilyCo if you are willing to make a donation — because you will probably never see your order or your money again. I ordered a dress for my brother’s wedding while I was pregnant and struggling to find anything suitable in stores. I ordered well within their stated time frame, paid the day I placed the order, and received lots and lots of empty promises from their side. Then, the day before the wedding, they dropped me. Just like that. No dress. No solution. No real explanation. And now the wedding has been over for a week, and LilyCo has completely disappeared. I have not heard a single word from them since. Yes, I lost the money, and that is terrible. But honestly, the worst part was being left without a dress for such an important day — after I had already bought matching shoes and accessories. This was not just an ordinary dress for an ordinary occasion. It was my brother’s wedding, and I was pregnant, emotional, and just wanted to feel comfortable and beautiful on a very special day. This has been one of the most terrible and disappointing experiences of my life. So please, I am begging you — don’t make the same mistake I did. Stay away.
