Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality & Incorrect Order

The worst experience I have ever had.

I placed an order for a brides****s dress on 6 March 2026, and only received it on 20 April 2026- over six weeks later. Unfortunately, the product I received was completely unacceptable.

The dress is the wrong colour and looks nothing like the picture advertised. The quality is extremely poor, with a badly finished zip, and the garment appears rushed and carelessly made. On top of that, the packaging was equally disappointing and unprofessional.

This was for an important occasion, and the lack of quality, accuracy, and care is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with both the service and the final product. Based on this experience, I will never order from this company again.

I strongly caution others to think twice before supporting this business.
