Do not order from Lilyco!

If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. This place is a complete NO.

I ordered brides**** dresses from them and was upfront from the very beginning about my wedding date. They assured me everything would arrive on time. Instead, I was met with constant excuses and delays. The only time I ever got updates was when I repeatedly had to follow up myself.

In the end, they only shipped the dresses on the Thursday before my Saturday wedding—after I had already paid extra for overnight shipping. And guess what? The dresses arrived three days after my wedding.

On top of that, the quality was extremely disappointing. The dresses looked rushed and nothing like what I had expected or ordered.

Terrible customer service, poor communication, and unacceptable delivery. I would not recommend them to anyone.
