BAD SERVICE

I'm not a person who just writes bad reviews i do write good reviews wen I get great services.

But unfortunately with you it's a bad review. You guys are so responsive when I asked all the questions, placed my order but after that you go quiet.

Please stop advertising because you can't keep up with the demands or make your work space bigger.

I've placed my order 14 January 2026 you said your lead time is 3 weeks, so then my dresses should have been done around 4 Feb.

Long story short, I had to phone 14 times on one day before someone answered. I had to lie about my wedding date to get my dresses. I've received them gladly I didn't get married the next dat because the dresses wasn't steamed, it wasn't pressed, it wasn't made with the measurements I've sent, it was all too big and too long.

Don't use this company if your not planning to wear the dresses over a year because you won't get it in time and it will be rushed off work.
