<div>The Spiteful Lightstruck - aka Yutility, placed me on ITC after I called to cancel contract with them. They claim I should've done it in writing, but instead of sales person providing me this information and email address, she tried to sell me another contract. They are refusing the clear my name on Cr bureau - after they failed to cancel a contract - I received no services for the months they are charging me.</div>
