Wrong delivery address and lack of customer service

I keep on wondering if these people exist in the world. Since I ordered items to the value of approx R2000 almost two years ago, I received a message confirming that my order was delivered to Paarl in Cape Town and I must collect them there.

I do not have a clue how they delivered my items on that side of the country as I was based in Hotazel - Northern Cape at the time of the order. I unsuccessfully tried to get the parcel delivered to my address, I honestly won't recommend doing business with these charlatans who have no e-commerce experience!
