Worst Online Shop ever! 2 month no on can tell me where my package is!

The worst online company I have ordered from. Order a Projector Light for my daughter for xmas in OCT, its now 27th Jan and still cant allocate the package via the tracking number given to me. Light in the Box customer service is pathetic and unhelpful. Not able to advise there the package is at. Do your self a favor and steer clear from Light in the Box, rather order from Shein who are reliable and trustworthy and you get your goods within max 3 weeks.
