Worst customer service ever without any support or asistance

Ordered seven items. Three weeks later (after already paid in full on day 1) two of my items were just cancelled citing high volumes. One item was part of a set. I contacted customer service numerous times, but got ABSOLUTELY no assistance. Useless standard answer and apology, but absolutely no action or rectification. They don't even bother to answer questions, but rather look like they just copy and paste in a standard answer they got from somewhere. I finally even told them not to bother to reply as their answers means absolutely nothing. I will NEVER use them again.
