Very POOR!!!

Good day I ordered and paid for my order August 2023. I still haven't received confirmation of my order or my order. I contacted them by email and they said they will come back to me after I sent them my Proof of payment and date of order. When I contacted them again they again on 3 November 2023 they said they are still looking for my payment/order and will let me know as soon as they find it. My friends warned me because it happened to them as well and till this day haven't received a refund or order. I will never order from them again, because their customer care are useless. regards
