Vanished off the face of the earth

After no communication and non-delivery from this company for over a month, I have had no redponse from them to my e.mails to their only available e.mail address. I have mentioned that I would go to the press, but still I have had no response. I had the same experience as another reviewer in that I can track my purchase back to it leaving China and arriving in SA, but nothing after that. Seriously, these people should be taken to court!
