Unsatisfactory return services from Light in a Box

I battle to return parcels to Light in the box. They indicate payment not received, or parcel to be reviewed, but no action.

I paid for courier fee, as well as import duties of 20%. Now I sit with wrong sizes,and I ferioe quality of goods, with no action from Light in the box!!!! No more business from my side, after spending more than R6000.
