Unacceptable service

Do NOT order anything from this company. I placed an order on the 12th of November 2019. I have still not received my parcel. I contacted Customer Service - but only received a generic e-mail informing me that I just need to wait a bit longer … and I can only file a package undelivered complaint after 80 to 90 days! I don't think that I will ever receive my parcel!!!
