They take your money and you have no means of dispute.

I purchased items on 26 December 2020. After following up in early January 2021 I noticed on the system that my order was cancelled. I sent a query only to be told that they did not receive my money however the amount from my account was deducted on the same day I placed the order. They said the problem is that they did not receive notification in time that the money was withdrawn therefore they will send my money back in 15 days. It is now 1 February 2021 and I am unable to follow up with anyone regarding my refund. I am unable to log another query because my order was cancelled by them. So they just stole my money and I have no one I can phone or e-mail at light in the box. Emails just bounce back to say I must log a query but I cannot because you need to place an order to log a query against. They are just *******.
