They debited my account without my authorization

I bought an item from lightinthebox on the 13th of December, and made a payment through debit order, now i see they have continued debiting my account, yesterday they took R820 from my account without my authorization, that is unacceptable. On their website there is no contact phone number or email address. They are unreachable
