Terrible service

I had purchased clothing from this company and paid an extra fee to have it expedited. Their website state it take 3 days for processing and another few days for delivery. It has now been over a month and we keep checking and the status is that it is still being processed which means that it might not be delivered as per the date that they provided is is still has been shipped. It is the worst online company to buy from as you are not sure if you are ever going to receive your parcel. Also there is no way of tracking you shipment all it says it is processing. Please can someone guide me as to what can be done.
