Returns policy sucks

The ordering process was simple enough however returning an item is not easy. The returns policy says that there is a 7 day no reason returns policy however they avoided that and tried to get me t agree to other options. I had to push that and now the cost to return is actually more than the items.

When purchasing clothing online, the returns policy is VERY important. Light in the Box is a one way street. If what you get is unsuitable or doesn't fit, you are stuck with it.

Delivery was VERY slow.

I often order from Shein who makes the process of ordering, delivery and their returns policy is simple and easy and at a reasonable cost.

I will never use Light in the Box again.
