Refund problem

I am trying to get a refund out of this company, but no luck so far. I have bought 3 dresses, a bikini and 3 pieces of jewelry. The one dress have a flaw in the seam. The other dress does not fit as advertised, because the sides come up so high that my bum almost show. And the buckle of the bikini is broken. It did not happen during shipping, because there is no broken part in the bag. They told me it would take more than a month for the returnprocess. I told them I would not mind waiting a month for a full refund,but they only want to give me a 20% refund or 30% reward. I paid for shipping and insurance to get the package here. Why cant they do the same?
