i ordered 3 blouses from Light in the Box online (LTB) placed the order on the 4th Nov 2022 thinking it will arrive in time for me to wear on Christmas day to church service end dec. no news, tried emailing , response BE Patient, november ,december no delivery, 2 days ago they sent me a threatening message to say that if i dont collect my package it will go back to light in the box and all costs for me, i asked which post office , response was SA Post office in the whole of SA, its like looking for a needle in a hay stack, and off course u cannot get thru to the post office no one answers. finally on the 12th of Jan 2023 discovered it was at a post office near where i work when i arrive at the post off with my tracking number, i had to pay R500 to collect, what disgusting mail order company to deal and the blouses i ordered for its something my granny will wear , yet i ordered for Georgette blouse, plse people out there do not support this company i got **********.
