Poor service, still haven’t received my package after a full 11 working days!

Firstly you guys wrote on the website that my order would take 2-6 working days. Then last week you informed to give you guys 3-5 working days. It’s now over 10 days, not only that now apparently my parcel has been received according to your app today by 19:33z by who? I’m very disappointed and disgusted by your service. If I won’t get this by Friday the latest I want a refund. This back and forth and quiet irritating and rather tiring quite frankly. Order number: ***
