Poor quality dishonest business

If I could give a rating of zero, I would. The dress I bought looks nothing like the picture, it’s very poor quality, even has a hole in it and not worth a fraction of the price I paid for it. They say you can return the items, but now that I’m trying to do that they are trying to convince me to settle for a 20% voucher or 10% refund.
