Payment processed but no order number

Good day

I placed an order on 24/12/2020. I then was redirected to the potsage & payment page where I inputed my card details and payment was processed. I have since been waiting for an order confirmation & order number.

I have been sending emails to their customer service & IT help desk trying tp get help, but no luck.

I'd like to continue with the purchase, however I need to know that all is in order and that I will get my order - as processinga refund will take longer than expected.
