PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have ordered a smart watch to the value of close to R1200, paid in advance for the item and followed the tracking I China things went very fast, but the watch has now arrived at OR Thambo International Airport 20/10/2020 - ONE WEEK AGO, and they refuse to tell me when I will receive my order. I have sent numerous messages and now they just ignore my messages.
