Packages do not arrive and there is no customer service !!!

I placed an order which showed delivery between 02/12/2022 -14/12/2022. It is the middle if January 2023 and the package still has not arrived. I have sent numerous emails to their so called customer care and have not received one response. Absolutely shocking service!
