Package not received - Bad service

Placed an order on December 15th 2020 - and paid extra for expedited delivery (6-16 Business days. Initially I received good service from the costomer care and with previous orders, but it is now the 20th January 2021 - 26 Business days after the order was made and I still have not received my order. The only help I receive from the customer care is that they are waiting on a response from the logistics company "Buffalo"

Very dissatisfied with the service.
