Order still not received

I placed an order from light in the box on the 15th of December for a military mens watch. Payment and order was confirmed on the same day.On the 18th of December I received confirmation that order was shipped. To date it is the 5th of January and I have yet to receive the order, I have emailed light in the box on numerous occasions regarding feedback but got no response.
