Order not received

I am still waiting for my order. When I track it it shows that it was delivered by courier BUT I have NOT received it. When I query it I received what looks like an automated response saying they are very busy and apologize for delays.

I would like to know from those who successfully received their orders, was it delivery by the post office or a private courier? I phone our local post office, but they said the tracking number is not trackable in South Africa.
