Order not received

I Have placed an order on the 14th of September and still have not received my package. The app is yotaly useless to get assistance on how to send a enquiry ! Not happy at all, and dont know if I will ever receive my oackage, and the tracking is also useless , says the same thing, does not show the courier or provide any contact details
