NO SERVICE DELIVERY LIGHTINTHEBOX

I've bought watch bands and a cellphone case on the 13th of August 2020 and still did not receive it on the 12 of December 2020 ,multiple e-mail messages was send now they want to give all sorts of stories why they cannot refund my money, there was no such stories on their website when they want to sell their products to me. It is the worse service delivery and I will think a lot before trusting ANY out of SA company ever again
