No delivery

I will never order from Light in the box again. I ordered a reborn doll for my daughter for Christmas on 08 December and I still did not receive my parcel. Very disappointed. They just keep on telling me to wait, I did not even had a chose on which courier services I would like to use, they just used the postal services ???????? Never again, then why was the courier fee so expensive ?????
