No declaring the true value of shipment

Very frustrated and will no longer be doing business with this company as my shipment has been on hold for a month now due to the company no declaring the correct value of the merchandise, due to them not declaring there is a penalty that I now will have to pay because of that in order to get my parcel, very frustrating as a person who followed all steps and paid according to what was required.
