Nice products at a good price

I have purchased several times from Light in the Box recently and have always received clothing items which overall met my expectations, and where they did not were nonetheless acceptable. They have a great variety of clothing at a very reasonable price. I have also never seen other people wearing the identical item which is a problem with buying from local retailers. This is an added bonus. The only problem is in getting the things to South Africa, as we have such an unreliable postal service. One is obliged to pay more for shipping in order to get your parcel. This usually works but the most recent parcel was problematic. Their chosen courier Aramex messed me around by not honouring promises made telephonically and then provided false feedback to the seller about my non-availability even after the parcel had been delivered and I had positively reviewed my items on the seller’s website. I did not appreciate getting a message from the seller about not being able to get a refund if I was never available to receive my parcel after it had in fact been received and I had even posted reviews on their website. They need to improve their internal commmunication processes, and perhaps use a different courier service. But this is my only complaint and I am happy with my purchases. V Can
