Much better than expected service and delivery.

I was very skeptical at first, as with any online China type sites. But the payment was processed and a confirmation email sent almost immediately. There was a tracking link which did update on the process the item was going through. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5, is because the tracking link was not mobile friendly when I had to do the verification... and found a third party tracking site a bit easier and more informative. The parcel arrived hand delivered via courier within the stipulated time frame. There was no extra fees to pay after the transaction and I didn't have to go to a collection point, which is what I've experienced with other online sites, so I'm very pleased with that.
