Missing Order from Lightinthebox

I placed an order over a month ago. It hasn’t arrived yet. I cannot track the order number anywhere. I have no support to help track my order. I e-mailed the adres given and just recieve a automated e-mail back to follow steps online....... which doesnt work...... Cannot get anybody to help me. Has my money been ******? Should people be warned?
