Missing order and order number

I logged onto their site and chose some items and proceeded to check out and payment. Just after my payment was made, the transaction disappeared. I had not registered yet because I thought I could purchase without registering. Now my order can't be found although payment was made and is off my bank account including international payment fee. I have logged several enquiries and have had no joy as to what has happened to my order which seems to have gotten lost. I didn't get an order number, neither did I get an email.
