The only reason for the one star is that there is no negative star.

It's been 5 days over estimated time for arrival for my wig and when I track the package, it's recorded as 'not found'. Money down the drain and unreliable service. No local contact numbers and no way of receiving information with regards to how far they are or whether they have my package in the warehouse or not.
