I placed an order with them, never received the parcel. After a very long struggle they just insisted that it has been delivered. When I requested proof, they could not supply it. Then they claimed they have refunded me. I never received my refund. I told them about it and had to send them proof from Paypal. I did so, and they again just ignored me. Now time has passed too long, and they still insist they refunded me and said I must check with Paypal. I did so again, Paypal said there has been no activity on my account since I opened it. They could not once provide any proof of their claims, and now again say I must check my withdrawals on Paypal. Like seriously, what part of "THERE HAS BEEN NO ACTIVITY ON THIS ACCOUNT" do they not understand. I had to be on their case the whole time, and they did nothing. So I am still out of pocket due to them. Very good ****mers. Be careful.
