Lightinthebox sucks!!!!!!

I bought a tattoo machine on the 24th July 2020. It was shipped the 29th July 2020, I have tried to email them and they have just given me extended dates. I have been to the Post office and they cannot track my package. It has been over four months and I still have not received a notification.

They keep telling me I need to go and track it in the post office which cannot find it. They will not even offer to try and trace it from their side.

I am super disgusted with service. Its as if lightinthebox has ****med us and ****** our money andI would like to be reimbursed the full amount of the bill so that I can take my business somewhere else with better service. If this isn't resolved very soon we will post this matter everywhere.
