Lightinthebox deliver the wrong goods at astronomical prices!

After searching in shops for a red puffer jacket I took my measurements and ordered a X-Large from this specific website. I paid by credit card- it was not cheap. Then I had to also pay transportation. After 6 weeks I got notice that I had to pay export fees. A week later I was informed by the post office that I could fetch my package- now I had to pay import fees. What was originally R790 was now more that R1000! When I got home my jacket was so small- probably between Small and Medium. I tried to contact Lightinthebox to request a change of garment a few times via email- they did not bother to respond! Now I have a too small puffer jacket at anastronomical cost which I cannot wear. Shame on them! They are a bunch of *********!
