LIGHTinThe Box offers NO LIGHT on delivery

I have had terrible customer service from LIGHTinTheBox. After placing an order in Oct 2025. I am still waiting. I escalated the matter. They post the excuse of Black Friday for the delay even when the order and payment happened in Oct. Apparently the article has landed in SA. There is NO LIGHT on finalizing this matter. Be careful of using this company.
